Due to the nature of mystery box products, we have a specific returns policy to ensure fairness for all customers.

Mystery Box Policy As our boxes contain mystery items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference of items received. Each box is carefully curated to deliver value and surprise!

Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at melbscoops@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you are happy to receive mystery items before placing your order.

Australian Consumer Law Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
