All items are selected based on your stated preferences where possible, but specific items cannot be promised.

While we do our best to honour your colour preferences, likes, and exclusion requests, these are taken as guidance only. Due to stock availability, we cannot guarantee that all preferences will be met in every order. Exclusion requests apply to the first pick only.

No Returns on Mystery Items

Due to the nature of mystery boxes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference of items received. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
