What is Melbourne Mystery Scoops?

Melbourne Mystery Scoops is a mystery box store based in Melbourne, Australia. We curate fun, surprise-filled boxes across three scoop types — Classic Scoop, Premium Scoop, and Kids Scoop — so every scoop is a little adventure!

How does it work?

Simply choose your scoop, add to cart, and checkout. We'll pack your mystery box with a curated selection of surprise items based on your chosen scoop. The higher the scoop, the more premium the items inside!

Can I choose what's in my box?

No — that's the mystery! Every box is a surprise. However, each scoop type gives you a clear idea of the value and style of items you can expect. Please let us know your favourite colours, likes and dislikes so we can curate a box just for you

What are the different scoops?

We offer three scoop types:

  • Classic Scoop – A fun everyday mystery box packed with great goodies.
  • Premium Scoop – A step up with higher value, trending, and more exclusive items.
  • Kids Scoop – A specially curated box designed just for kids, filled with age-appropriate fun surprises.

Are the items new?

Yes! All items in our mystery boxes are brand new.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Where do you ship?

How long does shipping take?

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your scoop on its way to you.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my mystery box?

Due to the nature of mystery boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on item preference. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. See our full Return Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at our contact page with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll sort it out for you.
