I didn't know what to expect not having done a scoop before and I was blown away by the experience! Not only is the experience fun and unpredictable, Laura provides light entertainment along the way whilst matching the scoop to suit each customer's tastes as much as she can with care and enthusiasm. There is plenty of opportunities for upgrades if the scoop allows, and Laura is more than happy to accommodate. I have since ordered more scoops and will continue to. Great idea's for all occasions and tastes 👌
