At Melbourne Mystery Scoops, we aim to get your mystery box to you as quickly as possible!
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Local Delivery We offer local delivery for customers in the Wallan area and surrounding suburbs, including Beveridge, Wandong, Heathcote Junction, Bylands, and Kilmore (postcodes 3756, 3753, 3758, 3762, 3764). Local delivery is available for a flat rate of $5.00. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Australian Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via Australia Post or through our tracking page.
